Do You Ship nationwide?

No please. Hypacart currently serves mainly KNUST and Kumasi Metropolis at large. We hence only do deliver to the Kumasi Metropolis and KNUST populace. If you want us to deliver to your location outside the school community, it comes at a different cost. Kindly contact us to know more.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Hypacart delivers on the same day or within 2 hours. For buyers who prefer to receive their items quicker, they get to choose 2-hour express delivery. With this we assign dedicated resources to make sure you get your items quicker. Buyers can also choose to receive their items between 3pm to 7pm, which is the regular delivery timeline.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Hypacart accepts payments via VISA and mobile money. We also have pay-after -delivery options available for you. But under certain conditions. Kindly contact if you want to know more.

If you have not already received the email information that your order was shipped, you can simply cancel your order by getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. If your order has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel it, but still potentially able to return it.
